Shin Splints Workshop
Have you picked up your running since quarantine and have now made it a habit? I love that. If you have ever experienced shin splints, you know how troubling they can be. Come join me behind the carousel in Congress Park by Spit and Spat for an hour long workshop on how to tame those pesky shins.
